Information you
can use yourself

Then and now

A new chapter for the Hub

The first version launched in April 2018. Our new beta went live in August 2026, with clearer routes to guidance and a wider range of practical tools. We are continuing to test and improve it.

Previous Hub homepage, with a topics list, A to Z links and news arranged in columns.
Previous website, archived on 23 January 2025.
New Hub homepage, with a prominent search box and separate routes for people involved in a case, families and professionals.
New beta website, captured on 9 October 2026.

Clearer starting points

Find routes for your own case, for supporting someone else, or for professional work and research.

More practical resources

Explore directories, forms, reference information and tools alongside the guidance.

Still improving

Beta means the service is still being tested. Feedback helps us find what is confusing or missing.

Individual support

Need help with
your own situation?

Using the Hub doesn’t open a case with Conviction.

If you’d like to ask about advocacy or casework, please make a support enquiry. We assess enquiries separately, subject to capacity.
